Teens PACT is a program of Community Healthcare Network. Community Healthcare Network is a network of thirteen clinics that strives to meet the healthcare needs of patients in some of New York City’s most underserved communities. Our goals are to prevent pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections, and HIV among New York City youth by providing resources and confidential services that empower them to make the best decisions for themselves.
